This Privacy Policy describes how LeadFlow IQ, a product of Saber IQ LLC ("LeadFlow IQ", "we", "us"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and application. Contact us any time atinfo@saberiq.net.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, and workspace membership.
- Website & campaign data: URLs, keyword lists, crawl output, and competitor snapshots you submit.
- Third-party integration data: when you connect an integration such as Google Ads, Google Search Console, or another advertising or analytics platform, we receive the OAuth tokens and the specific data scopes you approve during the consent flow.
Google user data and Google OAuth
LeadFlow IQ uses Google OAuth 2.0 to request access to specific Google account data on your behalf (for example Google Ads accounts, campaign performance, and Google Search Console properties). We only request the scopes required to deliver the features you enable in LeadFlow IQ.
- How we access it: only after you complete the Google consent screen and authorize the requested scopes.
- How we use it: solely to provide LeadFlow IQ functionality you requested — for example, reading campaigns and metrics, creating and managing ads, and importing search performance data. We do not use Google user data for advertising to you, sell it, or transfer it to third parties for purposes unrelated to the LeadFlow IQ features you requested.
- How we store it: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our infrastructure. Tokens are never exposed in the browser and are transmitted only over TLS.
- How we protect it: access to Google user data is restricted to authorized LeadFlow IQ services required to run the features you enabled. We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- How you can revoke it: you can disconnect any Google integration inside LeadFlow IQ at any time (Campaigns → Connections), and you can additionally revoke access from your Google Account athttps://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we use data
- Provide the features of the platform (dashboards, recommendations, alerts, campaigns).
- Improve product quality through aggregated, anonymized usage metrics.
- Communicate service updates and security notices.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share Google user data with third parties except the sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, database, and AI model providers) under contractual data-protection terms.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account and integration data for as long as your workspace is active. Disconnecting an integration immediately deletes the associated OAuth tokens. You may request full deletion of your account and all workspace-scoped data — including any Google user data we have stored on your behalf — by emailinginfo@saberiq.net. We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
