Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace.

2. Third-party integrations and Google OAuth

LeadFlow IQ integrates with third-party platforms including Google Ads, Google Search Console, and others. When you connect such an integration, you authorize LeadFlow IQ to access only the data described in the OAuth consent screen and to store the associated access and refresh tokens on your behalf. Google user data is used solely to provide the LeadFlow IQ functionality you request, in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use). You must also comply with the terms of each connected platform. You may disconnect any integration at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use LeadFlow IQ to (a) violate any law or third-party right, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or (c) submit data you are not authorized to share.

4. Data ownership and deletion

You retain ownership of data you upload or connect. You grant LeadFlow IQ a limited license to process that data to operate the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailinginfo@saberiq.net. See ourPrivacy Policy for details.

5. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saber IQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
